Made these snack bars last weekend and they turned out pretty amazing.
All it is is dried dates and pecans ground up and baked, verrry simple and no crazy ingredients. Of course, adding cinnamon/cocoa powder/honey won’t hurt - depending on your preferences.
I seriously have to hold myself back from eating too many at a time and be careful about that because those do have some serious fiber.
The idea came from Lara bars and I highly recommend~

My health/nutrition goals

1. better booty (i feel like my body/hips are looking better i want to thank a little bit of recent weight training and no longer wearing very low waisted and tight pants that give me more of an indent on my hips).

2. longer hair (started taking hair growth vitamins, and just interested in testing around with some of those, the tips of my hair are much thinner than a few inches up, i want those tips to be touching below my waist)

3. and losing weight again in some of the regions i had before (i’ve gained about 10 lbs back). i want to lose this in my stomach and arms, otherwise i am not too bothered.

AND I PLAN TO DO THIS WITHOUT CALORIE COUNTING, AHHHH 

let the games begin!

So this is what I want to work on physically…

My hair… needs to be longer, more healthy looking.

My skin… needs to be cleared up, remain un-sundamaged, and be moisturized, my lips also need to be less chapped.

My body… could be thicker on the bottom half and slimmer on the top, it could be a lot more flexible, further toned, and be freer in movement.

These are my goals, to be just an overall more attractive person in my own eyes.
