1. better booty (i feel like my body/hips are looking better i want to thank a little bit of recent weight training and no longer wearing very low waisted and tight pants that give me more of an indent on my hips).
2. longer hair (started taking hair growth vitamins, and just interested in testing around with some of those, the tips of my hair are much thinner than a few inches up, i want those tips to be touching below my waist)
3. and losing weight again in some of the regions i had before (i’ve gained about 10 lbs back). i want to lose this in my stomach and arms, otherwise i am not too bothered.
AND I PLAN TO DO THIS WITHOUT CALORIE COUNTING, AHHHH
